Recent Improvements

Administrators:

1. In the "Workload Analysis Report" the school selected from the drop down will be displayed next to "Building:"(regardless of the school where the teacher is assigned).

2. On the "Administrative Overview", the "Overview Notices" column has been removed, the "Case Manager" has been added to both columns and a search box has been added so that district administrators can search by school and super/cooperative administrators can search by district and school.

MA Forms:

1. The ability to send "take-backs" through the X12 Batch file has been added to MA Forms. You can "Void" or "Replace" a claim by checking one of these boxes in addition to the "Send Claim" check box. A "Void" check box has also been added to the search box to allow the search of voided claims.

2. A pop up warning now appears on the "Activity Log" when Saturday or Sunday dates are entered.

3. The "Provider's Name" on the "Physician Statement of Need" has been changed so that it reflects the doctor's name and is now consistent with the "MA Parental Consent", "Annual Physician's Release" and "Physical Therapy Referral".

4. The (serving) "District" and "School of enrollment" now appear on the "Activity Log".

5. A "Sign" check box has been added to the "Activity Log". When "Sign" is checked, the current users' name along with the current date and time will be saved into that activity at which time the activity will no longer be editable.

Service Plans (IEP, IIIP, ISP, IFSP & Amendments):

1. The validation for the 2007 IFSP will no longer check that "All Service Start Dates must be on or after the IFSP Written Date".

2. The type of service plan has been added to the drop down list of finalized IEP/ISP/IIIPs on the 2008/09 "Progress Report".

3. The new state recommend Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) now appears on the 2008/09 Forms Menu.

Additional Forms:

1. PDFs have been added to the 2008/09 "Forms Menu" for the "Procedural Safeguards Notice (Infant and Toddler)" and the "Procedural Safeguards Notice (Part B)".

Goal Bank:

1. The Goal Bank has been updated with more "Career Awareness" transition goals.
