Recent Improvements

Administrators:

1. On the administrative menu, "Users" has been relabeled to "Educators" and "Reports" is now "Reporting". The administrative section of the "Go to..." menu has also been updated.

2. On the "Edit" page of the (CASEMIS) "C: Discipline data" report, the STUDENT_ID and SSID fields have been expanded to accommodate 50 characters.

3. A checkbox for "Accept student transfers" has been added to the Educators (Users) add/modify page. This feature is on by default for administrative users.

4. On the "Student sharing" report, administrators can now select all checkboxes in a specific column (all "Remove" checkboxes or all "Edit" checkboxes, for example).

5. An interface has been added to the "Organization" menu to allow administrators to add "Form letters".

6. "Do not allow case managers to view/share medical records." is a new preference that disables users from changing LEA access through "Student Sharing". If this box is checked, administrators can still make changes to LEA access through "Student Sharing" or through the "Student sharing report".

7. A "Disable user" option has been added to the "modify" section of the "Users" page.

Service Plans (IEP, ISP, IFSP):

1. Finalization been added to the "Individualized Service Plan".

2. On the IEP, the "Signature and Parent Consent" form has been updated.

3.On the "Student Information" page, reference to "Ethnicity codes" has been changed to "Race codes" and new checkboxes have been added for "Ethnicity" which includes "Hispanic or Latino" and "Not Hispanic or Latino".

4. The Goal Library has been updated with custom district goals for LaMesa (DIST3768197).

Additional:

1. "SELPA Transfer" has been simplified to "Transfer" in a reference to the "Interim Placement/Transfer".

2. Wording has been updated in the "You may bring other individuals..." section of the "Notice of an IEP Meeting".

3. A "Manifestation of Determination" form has been added.

4. On the "Behavioral Emergency Report", the "Report completed by:" is no longer automatically entered and the "Time Incident Began" is now entered in the phrase "At ___ the student".

5. "Form letters/Additional Pages" has been added. Custom "Form letters" can be created by SpEd Forms administrators and shared with teachers.

General:

1. In the "Go to..." menu, "Work with students" has been changed to "Select another student".
