How do I make a progress report?

  • When you start a new progress report, you will need to select a finalized service plan. The goals and objectives for the new progress report will be based on the selected plan.
  • You no longer need to finalize Progress Reports.

Adding additional comments to existing goals

  • To add the objective text to the comment field, click the “Show objectives” link.
  • Saving changes to goals in the progress report will not affect goals on the student's goal page.

  1. Enter a date for each goal and enter additional comments.
  2. Optionally, check the appropriate progress indicator (Insufficient progress, Adequate progress or Goal met).
  3. Click “Save”.
