-Administrators have the option of allowing users to permanently delete history records directly or to flag the deleted record for review by the SpEd Forms administrator. The warning that appears when the "Delete" button is clicked should give you an indication of whether the record will be "permanently" deleted or "want the history to be deleted". If the record is not "permanently" deleted, the SpEd Forms administrator will have an opportunity to review the record and make the final decision to delete the record or restore it.
