IEP
1. Added validation to the accommodation section of the IEP. Incomplete sections will result in an error preventing finalization.

1. Updated the change template warning dialog to include who is currently working in the ER.

MA

1. The treatment strategies dropdown on the Individual Treatment Plan has been updated to insert into a text area.

2. MA logs have been optimized to improve usability and reduce screen space. The ICD-10 codes have a button to access and update instead of being listed on the claim.

3. A filter has been added to the 837 claim transmission to show claims on dates when students were absent.

504

1. A new district preference was created to add checkboxes for parents to agree or disagree with the Section 504 plan. The preference is off by default.

2. Renamed the ‘Notice of Discontinuation’ form on the 504 side to Notice of Discontinuation of 504 Plan so it appears with that title in the history folder.

1. Additional sections have been added to the Stand-Alone FBA including background information, current information, and observations.

1. New “Stand-alone FBAs (finalized)” and “Stand-alone DAPE assessments (finalized)” quick reports were created and can be found within Educator reports and Admin reporting.

1. The non-English Notice of a team meeting forms now have a ‘reset’ button that will ensure the most recent information from the English form is available to translate.

2. MA Student claims, View batch file transactions, Reconciliation reports, Grade rollover, Active student count, Case management agenda, and Service logs reports have been converted to v2.

3. When you sort your dashboard by ‘school,’ students will be arranged in alphabetical order.

5. Added shading on the Use of Restrictive Procedures: Physical Holding and Use of Restrictive Procedures: Seclusion forms to help differentiate the holds or seclusions from each other. Each hold or seclusion will be numbered.

System

1. A ‘SpEd Forms electronic communication language’ dropdown has been added to the edit parents page, allowing users to select the preferred language for email communications sent to parents. This will send any email correspondence in that chosen language.

2. Added the ability to set user login messages at the district and school levels.

3. Added a new district preference to include a new dropdown list box for reporting periods on the progress report.  The preference is off by default. The dropdown is #285: Reporting period.

4. Added a feature to the student sharing/transfer page that shows who sent a remote transfer and when it was sent, covering activity from the past 30 days.
