MA
1. In the Mental health folder, the summary and recommendations form has been updated.

1. Added ‘SpEd Forms tests’ and ‘Local tests’ buttons to the ‘Assessment results/present level of performance’ area of the Stand-alone DAPE Assessment form.

2. A clear button has been added to each page of the Behavior Support Plan.

3. The Revocation of consent and PWN: Revocation of consent has been converted to Hmong, Somali and Spanish.

MTSS

1. A new MTSS checkbox has been added to the SpEd Forms status on student setup pages and the MTSS dashboard filters.

Reports

1. The ‘School ID’ column has been added to the “Child count” report.

2. The new ‘SpEd Forms electronic communication language’ field is now visible on the “Parent access” searchable Admin report.

3. The Admin searchable report titled “Parent access report” now includes ‘plan manager’ as a search parameter.

1. The MA Workload Analysis, MA District setup, Admin organization Form letters,  MA Health plan list and Admin searchable reports “Duplicate students” and “Services” have been converted to v2.

2. A new checkbox on the student setup, in v2 only, has been added, ‘Do not update parents from an import.’

3. When finalizing documents, users can select an existing history folder to which the new document will be added.

4. An optional ‘Evaluation hours’ field has been added to the IFSP Eligibility determination page. This will update the same field on a student’s setup page.

System

1. Added a ‘Send Password Reset’ feature to Admin Educators, enabling admins to initiate password resets for educators.This option is available in v2 only.

2. The enrollment page and the Enrollment status change form can now be turned off independently within Admin organization → Preferences.
