The MN Safe Learning Plan ended on June 13, 2021. The SpEd Forms Contingency Learning Plan (CLP) was designed to remain in effect only during the period in which the Governor and the Minnesota Department of Educated mandated that school districts and charter schools have plans in place for three scenarios including distance learning, hybrid learning and in-person learning. If you wish to turn off the Contingency Learning Plan (The CLPs that were finalized and put into history will still be there) have your district/coop SpEd Forms super administrator go to Admin Organization → Preferences → and deselect the Contingency Learning Plan. Lastly, click save.

If you wish to turn off the Individualized Distance Learning Plan (IDLP) go to Admin Organization → Preferences → deselect the Individualized Distance Learning Plan. Click save.
