**You can group districts into cooperatives.**

Cooperatives can be added, changed or deleted without affecting existing districts, schools or students.

  - From the main Administration Menu, click the "Organization" button.
  - Click the "Cooperatives" link.
  - Click the "Add Cooperative" button.
  - Enter the "Cooperative ID" and all other name and address information.
  - Click the "Save" button.
===== To view or edit cooperative information: =====


  - From the main Administration Menu, click the "Organization" button.
  - Click on the "Cooperatives" link.
  - Use the "View" button, or click on the cooperative's name.
  - Change or add any new information.
  - Click the "Save" button.
===== To delete a cooperative: =====


  - From the main Administration Menu, click the "Organizaton" button.
  - Click the "Cooperatives" link.
  - Click the "Delete" button next to the cooperative that you want to permanently delete.
