====== How do I clear my cookies/cache/history? =======

  - Click on the three vertical lines in the upper right hand corner.
  - Click on History.
  - Click the Clear browsing data... button.
  - Select 'the beginning of time' from the drop down.
  - Click Clear browsing data button.
  - Close Chrome.
  - Re-open and log back into SpEd Forms

Also you can do a force refresh by pressing Ctrl + F5(Windows), CMD + R(Mac) on your keyboard.

  - Select 'all history' alongside the Clear menu.
  - Click on 'Clear History' for the data, cookies, and history removal to take place on the chosen timeline.
  - Close Safari.
  - Re-open and log back into SpEd Forms.
