===== Mac Users (Safari) =====


  - Use the "Safari" pull down menu and choose "Preferences".
  - Choose the "AutoFill" tab.
  - Uncheck the "User names and passwords" check box.
  - Click the "Edit..." button to the right of the "Other forms" check box.
  - Scroll down and find the ".spedforms.org" line.
  - Click on ".spedforms.org".
  - Click the "Remove" button.
  - Click the "Done" button.
  - Close the Preferences dialog.

===== Google Chrome (PC & Mac) =====

   - Click on the "Menu" in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. (3 parallel dashes)
   - From the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
   - At the bottom of Settings, click "Show advanced settings...".
   - Under "Passwords and forms",
     * You can deselect "Enable Autofill" & "Offer to save your web passwords" or
     * You can "Manage Autofill settings" & "Manage passwords" and remove entries from them.
