You should "Finalize" an ER when it is complete so a copy is placed into the student's History tab. {{ :evaluation_finalize_er.gif?nolink |}} - Navigate to the student's ER menu. - Enter the date of the Evaluation Report. - Choose "Initial Evaluation" or "Reevaluation" check box. - Click the "Finalize" button. - Change the student's Evaluation Status in the drop down menu if necessary. - Enter an Comment(optional). - Select "Proposal/Draft" or "Final". - Check the box for including page numbers if desired. This is done automatically when printing, but not when finalizing. - Click the "Finalize ER" button. - The form will be available for viewing and printing from the student Form Menu "History" tab.
