How do I use the ER Student Information page?

The student information page is the first page of state recommended evaluation report. Demographic information is automatically included if it has been entered in “Student Setup”.

Editing the student information page:

  • We recommend you “Save” every 20 minutes.
  • You can see how long your exclusive rights will remain in effect in the red text in the header bar.
  1. To open the “Student Information” page, navigate to the ER Forms menu.
  2. Click on “Student Information”. The student information page will appear.
  3. Edit the demographic information where necessary.
  4. Click the “Save” button to save the changes.
