How do I setup and manage a cooperative?

You can group districts into cooperatives.

To add cooperatives:

Cooperatives can be added, changed or deleted without affecting existing districts, schools or students.

  1. From the main Administration Menu, click the “Organization” button.
  2. Click the “Cooperatives” link.
  3. Click the “Add Cooperative” button.
  4. Enter the “Cooperative ID” and all other name and address information.
  5. Click the “Save” button.

To view or edit cooperative information:

  1. From the main Administration Menu, click the “Organization” button.
  2. Click on the “Cooperatives” link.
  3. Use the “View” button, or click on the cooperative's name.
  4. Change or add any new information.
  5. Click the “Save” button.

To delete a cooperative:

  1. From the main Administration Menu, click the “Organizaton” button.
  2. Click the “Cooperatives” link.
  3. Click the “Delete” button next to the cooperative that you want to permanently delete.
