You’ll also discover helpful tools in SpEd Forms that can simplify your end-of-year responsibilities and set you up for success in the coming school year. MN April Updates

On Saturday, April 6th, 2024, an update will be posted to all Minnesota SpEd Forms sites. The update will include the changes listed below:


IEP

1. A dropdown option was added under the MTAS “Document IEP team decision” area.

1. A new form titled 504 Record of a team meeting has been added to the 504 menu and if empty, will autofill team members, meeting date and purpose of meeting from the 504 Notice of conference.

1. Guidance was added to the bill from/to dates on the student MA billing setup.

2. The MA Third party liability form has been updated.

3. A warning will display on the trip log when no corresponding service is provided that day.

5. When a student is transferred remotely to a different server, the eligibility dropdown in their MA billing setup is cleared.

1. Corrected the IEP Assessments (page 2) formatting when printed.

1. Made a fix to ensure the “hide MA billing setup” Educator permission doesn’t block access to 504 Medical documentation AD/HD form.

MA

1. When a date that doesn’t exist is inserted in the filters on the activity log page, it will automatically be adjusted to the next valid date.

2. Made a change to ensure the PCA plan prints as expected.

3. Activity logs finalized prior to current validation requirements will remain finalized when opened.

4. U4HE ICD-10 codes will be hidden on the ICD-10 code setup page if the educator does not have the extended permission “Show CTSS forms” in their Admin educator setup.
