Openings for our free, annual MA Forms workshop in Minneapolis on Tuesday, October 21st are available. This workshop is only for those new to MA Forms. The day will be led by Tonia Czech, Third Party Billing Specialist from SpEd Forms.

Please choose ONE session only to allow room for all interested users. Both morning and afternoon sessions will be for staff who are new to MA forms or new to MA Billing. Because we are only offering one MA workshop this fall, please limit your sign up to ONE per district.

With each session we will cover the topics below and allow time for specific district questions.
– Learn/review how to enter billing information.
– Setting up students on MA Forms
– Entering and submitting claims for MA Forms
– Importing batch responses (claims and eligibility) from the DHS
– Common MA reports

Users should choose between the morning session from 9:00am-12:00pm and the afternoon session from 1:00-4:00pm.

All registrants should bring a laptop computer (if possible), SpEd Forms server address, user name/password and MN-ITS log-in information. A free lunch will be served between the morning and afternoon session.
