Openings are available for a free online WebEx meeting geared towards our experienced MA billing coordinators who want to review and learn more on how MA Forms can help you speed up your billing. The day will be led by Donnita Bennett, Third Party Billing Specialist from SpEd Forms on Friday, February 3rd, 2017.

Both sessions will cover the topics below and more while allowing time for specific district questions:
– Learn/review how to submit billing information to DHS
– Review how to batch and resubmit denied claims to DHS
– Checking your 999 responses to make sure files were accepted by DHS
– Importing batch responses (RA and eligibility) from DHS
– Compare your RA02 and the reconciliation report
– MA Forms reports
– Q & A

This WebEx will allow those who have been using MA Forms to process your medical claims for a couple years to find out what else the program can do for you. We will review some important features and helpful reports and are also looking forward to questions and suggestions to help us improve MA Forms!

Users should choose between the morning session from 9:00am-12:00pm or the afternoon session from 1:00pm-4:00pm. You may only choose one. All registrants should bring their SpEd Forms server address, user name/password and MN-ITS log-in information.
