This WebEx will allow those who have been using our MA Forms program to process your medical claims to find out what else the program can do for you. We will review some important features and helpful reports and are also looking forward to questions and suggestions to help us improve MA Forms!

Users should choose between the morning session from 9:00am-12:00pm or the afternoon session from 1:00pm-4:00pm on either date. You may only choose one to attend as all sessions will be identical. All registrants should bring their SpEd Forms server address, user name/password and MN-ITS log-in information.

*This training is only for those who are using MA Forms currently. To sign up, please email all of your contact information to Kelli at kelli@spedforms.com as soon as possible. Please limit your sign up to ONE per district. This will fill quickly and space is limited so sign up today!  Again, this is at no cost to your district and is online so you do not have to leave your computer.
