Email 06/05/2020: MN June Update

On Saturday, June 6th 2020, an update will be posted to all Minnesota SpEd Forms sites. The update will include the changes listed below:

1. “Consultation” has been added to the IEP Services drop down.

1. Both the Revocation of Consent and Prior Written Notice Revocation of Consent will have updated language if the student is 18+years old.

2. The Spanish, Hmong and Somali PWN Part B and the Eval/Reeval PWN (Fall 2019) have been updated to pull in the English text if previously blank. To auto-populate the newest information, the data can be deleted in the text area and saved before translating.

1. The Wechsler Individual Achievement Test – 4th Edition has been added.

2. The student’s name will appear to select from the team member popup window in the Evaluation Report Team Membership section.
