Support Page

You likely know that over the past year (plus) we’ve been working on rolling out version 2.0 of our software. However, did you know that we’ve been putting a lot of time and energy into increasing the items we offer on our support page as well?  If you go to you’ll see a variety of resources at your disposal that you can use should you run into any questions or issues throughout the school year, day or night.  On the site you’ll see the following:

  • Educator guides for versions 1.0 & 2.0 of our software
  • Administrator guide
  • Medical billing guide
  • Answers to a litany of frequently asked questions
  • Browser compatibility guidelines
  • A link to our YouTube page, which includes an assortment of training videos
  • A list of recent fixes
  • Advanced support items

Finally, you’ll notice that we also post our upcoming Thursdays at Three schedule on the support page, which includes the topic we’ll discuss that particular week, the target audience and finally a link to the discussion (there is no registration and the link never changes so feel free to bookmark it).  Also on the site you’ll see slide decks for each one of the Thursday at Three discussions that we’ve had over the past year.
