On Saturday, March 4th, 2023, an update will be posted to all Wisconsin SpEd Forms sites. The update will include the fixes listed below:

IEP
1. Made a change to the I-5 Annual Goal Review section of the IEP to display amended IEPs in the drop down titled, “Annual Review for:”

2. Made a change to ensure the 504 Form titled Parent/Student Rights is visible to the appropriate educators when turned on within a server.
