On Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, an update will be posted to all Minnesota SpEd Forms sites. This update includes the following fixes:

IEP

1. Made a fix to the IEP progress report to ensure that the show objectives button inserts as expected.

1. When the Admin organizational preference, “Display the serving district number and coop numbers on MA forms,” is enabled, the district and coop numbers will display on the MA Consent to share data form.

1. The team selector button has been readded to the Use of Restrictive Procedures: Physical Holding form.

1. Applied a fix to ensure the MA Quick report, Exclusion Checker, is visible on all servers.

3. Prevented a page not found error when opening the MA Forms in PDF forms from displaying.
