On Saturday, February 3rd, 2024, an update will be posted to all Minnesota SpEd Forms sites. This update includes the following fixes:


IEP

1. Fixed an error to allow services to be deleted in v1.

MA

1. Updated activity logs to ensure the ICD-10 code appears when the setting is changed or added.

1. Made sure the “safeguards given” field was labeled as expected on Early Intervention Prior Written Notices.

2. The service grid button on a student’s attendance page has been updated to display the appropriate services based on the student’s age.

1. An option for parents to enter the MHCP number when electronically signing the Consent to share data form has been added.

3. The Create/edit claim transmission will allow claims up to the student’s 22nd birthday to be sent.

4. Version 1 of the student’s MA Forms is no longer available.  If you are still using version 1, this does not require that you do anything. Providers still using v1 accessing student MA Forms will automatically be directed to the v2 pages. This change only applies to MA Forms.


ER

1. Added the Clinical Assessment of Pragmatics (CAPs) and the Language Use Inventory (LUI) to the list of SpEd Tests found under “communication.”
