SpEd Forms: Thursdays at Three – special education service hours

SpEd Forms: Thursdays at Three - special education service hours

This week’s Thursday at Three will explore how SpEd Forms can support your district in reporting special education service hours (SESH). As you know, SESH must be reported for many students you serve and can be a burden for those responsible for reporting this data. To support our customers, SpEd Forms has automated a process to calculate SESH accurately. If you’d like to learn more, please join us at 3pm on Thursday! You can find the Google Meet information, as well as upcoming topics, on our website’s support page:

Wish you could make it? No worries! We have started recording each week’s Thursdays at Three presentation. Each session is then uploaded to our YouTube channel and added to the “Thursdays at Three” playlist, which you can find here:

SpEd Forms: A couple of important reminders

SpEd Forms: A couple of important reminders

Educators and Administrators: We want to remind you to take some time to ensure your account information is correct and deactivate educators from your server who have left your district or cooperative. Doing so is crucial for security reasons, accurate data, reports, and the seamless transfer of students. Additionally, we encourage you to ensure that all educators have been assigned to a building. This step is important as it allows students to be correctly assigned to a building when an educator remotely picks up a student record.

If you are an administrator, the quick report “Educator list (no inactive users)” is perfect for finding accounts that may not have been used recently or with no building selected.

If you have an educator account, please consider reviewing your profile in Educator setup to ensure a school is displayed. If it is incorrect or empty, please contact your SpEd Forms administrator to have it updated.

Don’t forget to join us this Thursday at 3pm for an in-depth review of all PCA forms. This session is tailored for MA coordinators, qualified professionals, and PCAs. You’ll learn about the auto-populated data and how the information is utilized elsewhere. Don’t miss out on this comprehensive session!
