Built-in data exchange

Depending on the software you have licensed from SpEd Forms, you may already have the following data exchange capabilities:

  • Instant student record transfers to any other district using SpEd Forms
  • X12 837, 270 medical billing data 
  • Ed Fi
  • Excel/CSV exports of report data

Custom data imports

Custom data imports can be setup to import data into SpEd Forms from most school information systems. SpEd Forms currently imports student specific and parent/guardian contact information from the following student information systems: Infinite Campus, JMC, Powerschool, Skyward and Synergy.

Custom data exports

Custom data exports can be set up to export data from SpEd Forms. 

Manual import and export runs

Data imports and exports can be run manually in cases of extreme need. Please submit a support request for a manual run.

Support

For immediate support with an import or export, please click on the “Support” button on your SpEd Forms Administration menu. During business hours, most support requests receive a response within two hours. Ninety percent of support requests are resolved within one business day.

 

 

* Should the district change student information systems, set-up fees will be charged to set up imports and exports with the new system.
