IEP
1. A new download button has been added to the IEP Measurable annual goals and Annual goal review measurement pages.

1. The Transition Planning Inventory – 3rd Edition and Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills, Revised have been added to the SpEd Forms test library.

1. When you hover over the due process icon on the far right of the SpEd dashboard, a message will appear, prompting educators to click the icon for more information.

2. The “Finalize” button on the v2 IEP validation screen has been updated to be grayed out if there are error(s) to be corrected.

3. A new v2 user preference has been added to the educator setup profile page. It allows educators to choose whether their system calendars start on Saturday, Sunday, or Monday.

5. The admin “View student history” report has been converted to v2.

8. On your v2 educator setup profile page, a new ‘enable autosave’ setting has been added. Turning on this preference will automatically save most v2 student forms every five minutes while actively working on the page.

1. Educators will get a message within SpEd Forms when the due date of an assessment in the SpEd Forms Evaluation Tracker has been added and saved if they are assigned a task

Join us to learn about the SpEd Forms reports you can use to ensure accurate time and data encounters. In addition to discussing annual rates, we’ll also review our PCA care plans. Happy Tuesday, educators! We have an exciting announcement! SpEd Forms will again be offering a variety of back-to-school training sessions this fall. These trainings are open to all, are entirely free of charge, and are meant to ease everyone’s use of the program! 


A staff member from SpEd Forms will conduct each training for a specific audience. All will be held virtually using Google Meet, and one session of each will be recorded for later viewing on our YouTube channel. You can find further details, dates and times along with the registration form online here:

Again, there is no cost to you for these specific sessions. We encourage cooperatives and districts to meet in groups if at all possible and register as one so we can have room for everyone wishing to attend. Registration is mandatory. If you are not ready to sign up today, that’s okay! We will send out reminders throughout the summer and fall as we understand staffing may change.

The attendance page has been enhanced by removing the weekly accordions, populating the page to the last attendance date in the month and adding monthly navigation, a bulk delete option and alternating background colors for attendance entries. MN May Fixes

1. Made a change to allow the trip log to save properly when updated.

2. A warning about there being no other service will not be displayed on the trip log unnecessarily.
