This 3 hour training is built on the responsibilities of service coordinators described in Part C of IDEA. The session highlights the important functionality within SpEd Forms that supports service coordinators and early intervention teams to effectively and efficiently meet each of these responsibilities.

Topics covered include:
• Managing the child find process from referral through evaluation and assessment
• Developing an IFSP
• Communicating among members of the IFSP team, including family member
• Working with interagency partners
• Managing transition from Part C
• Meeting accountability provisions for children served for 6 months or more
• Meaningful Part C reports
