IEP

1. Created a new goal category, with new goals and objectives, entitled: Self Awareness and Advocacy.

1. An “Informed consent effective date” has been added to the student MA billing setup. Claims prior to this date will display a warning until the date is reached, then all claims one year prior to the date will be allowed to send.

2. Admin users can now block teacher access to be able to send students to a new case manager. This option will allow educators to edit sharing for a student but not send the student to a new case manager. This can be found within the “Block Access to” section when modifying the permissions for a user with “SpEd Teacher” as their primary role.

Student sharing
1. Added an option when setting up users with a SpEd Teacher role via Admin educators. Admin users can now block teacher access to sending students to a new case manager. Selecting this option will allow case managers to edit sharing for a student but not send the student to a new case manager. Please find this option within the “Block Access to:” section when modifying the permissions for a user with “SpEd Teacher” as their primary role.

2. The system-wide super admin preference regarding ER template ordering has been removed. The district ordering dropdown will remain, giving districts control over their preference. The MDE model order will be the default. This does not affect those using local district templates.
