Dear SpEd Forms educators,
We are writing to provide early notice that SpEd Forms will be sunsetting Version 1.0, our older version of the system, effective April 3rd, 2027.
This timeline was selected to support current ADA accessibility requirements and to ensure that all users are working in the most accessible and supported version of SpEd Forms. We want to communicate this change well in advance, so districts have ample time to plan, support staff, and help teachers transition from Version 1.0 to the current version, Version 2.0.
At this time, no immediate action is required. However, we encourage administrators to begin reviewing who may still be using Version 1.0 and to start helping those users move into the current platform. Transitioning early will help ensure staff are comfortable with the updated system before Version 1.0 is fully retired.
SpEd Forms will continue to support districts throughout this transition. We will provide additional reminders and guidance as the sunset date approaches, and our team is available to answer questions or assist with planning.
