SpEd Forms: Security Update Completed – No Action Required

SpEd Forms Educators:

As part of our commitment to the security and privacy of your data, our team needed to perform an urgent, unscheduled security update on our platform today.

What happened?
Earlier today, a major global security vulnerability was identified affecting the core software framework that powers more than 75% of the internet, including our platform. While we have no indication that our systems were targeted or compromised, the developer community released an emergency patch to address the potential risk.

Our technology team worked diligently to stay ahead of the vulnerability, applying the update in stages to strengthen security while maintaining as much system availability as possible.

In line with industry best practices, our technology team applied the recommended patch immediately to help ensure our infrastructure remains secure.

What do you need to do?
You do not need to take any action. Your account data, personal information, and configurations remain safe and unchanged. We have applied the recommended patch and continue to follow current security best practices.

If you were logged in during this process, you may be logged out of the system once so that your connection can be securely re-established. If you were logged in before 9:13 am, we recommend signing out and signing back in.

We sincerely apologize for the unexpected interruption to your day, and we appreciate your patience as we worked quickly to keep our platform secure.

Out of an abundance of caution, after the patch was applied, we also began reviewing system traffic to ensure there was no suspicious activity. While we do not expect to find any issues, we will promptly inform you if we identify any cause for concern.

Thank you for your support and for all you do!
