1. Made a change to ensure amended IEPs validate & finalize as expected when the Agreement to Amend form has been turned off in admin preferences.

MN August Updates

IEP
1. If a user has turned off the BSP, BIP or PBSP in admin preferences, it will be completely removed from the IEP print/finalize selection list.
