You should “Finalize” an ER when it is complete so a copy is placed into the student's History tab.

  1. Navigate to the student's ER menu.
  2. Enter the date of the Evaluation Report.
  3. Choose “Initial Evaluation” or “Reevaluation” check box.
  4. Click the “Finalize” button.
  5. Change the student's Evaluation Status in the drop down menu if necessary.
  6. Enter an Comment(optional).
  7. Select “Proposal/Draft” or “Final”.
  8. Click the “Finalize ER” button.
  9. The form will be available for viewing and printing from the student Form Menu “History” tab.
