How do I stop extra blank pages from printing when I'm on a Mac?

Sometimes Mac printer settings cause extra pages to print. You can reset the settings using the following steps:

  1. Open a Finder window.
  2. Select your Home folder in the Sidebar on the left.
  3. Open the Library folder.
  4. Open the Preferences folder.
  5. Move the com.apple.print.PrintingPrefs.plist file from the Preferences folder to the Trash.
  6. Log off then Log back in.
